Terms & Conditions

Reservations, Payment & Cancellation

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmed once a booking confirmation has been issued. Payment and cancellation terms are specified at the time of booking. Non-refundable reservations must be paid within 24 hours to secure the booking and cannot be cancelled or modified without charge. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged according to the applicable booking terms. Reservations made through a third party must be modified or cancelled through the original booking channel.

Arrival & Stay

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and charged at ISK 2,000 per hour. Parking is available upon request and subject to availability at ISK 5,000 per day. 101 Hotel is a non-smoking property, and guests are responsible for any damage, loss or excessive cleaning caused during their stay. Guests are expected to respect the hotel, its staff and other guests at all times.


Hotel services

101 hotel offers a spa and gym that is open 24/7 along with laundry service. Room service is available daily from 11:45 AM to 9:00 PM.
Food and drinks can also be ordered at the hotel bar from our stand-alone restaurant, Kastrup. Guest rooms are equipped with a minibar and in-room safe. For further information please go to 'Services' on our website.

General terms

Guests are welcome to contact our reception team at any time before or during their stay for assistance, special requests or additional information. Lost property will be kept by the hotel for a limited period, and any costs related to returning items are the responsibility of the guest. These Terms & Conditions are governed by Icelandic law, and personal information is handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
